Wells Fargo Foundation Connects Community

The annual Wells Fargo Community Connection Breakfast, which recognizes the positive impact of local nonprofit organizations, was recently hosted in Pasadena at Noor. Area President Sandy Walia and Senior Vice President of the Wells Fargo Foundation Jonathan Weedman gave opening remarks. Wells Fargo has been regarded as the top corporate philanthropist among U.S. companies, having contributed more than $281 million in Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Last year, Wells Fargo team members volunteered 41,800 hours in Greater Los Angeles to support local charities.Last year, team members also raised $8.2 million for local nonprofits through the company’s Community Support Campaign.
